Gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 (DSGVO) und dem spanischen Organgesetz 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) werden Gäste und Nutzer über das Vorhandensein einer Videoüberwachungsanlage an den Außeneingängen und dem Parkplatz dieser Ferienunterkunft informiert.

• Zweck der Datenverarbeitung: Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Personen, Eigentum und Außenanlagen der Ferienunterkunft. Die Kameras erfassen ausschließlich den Außenbereich und die Zugänge; Aufnahmen in privaten Innenräumen, die ausschließlich Gästen zur Verfügung stehen, sind strengstens untersagt.

• Empfänger der Daten: Die aufgezeichneten Bilder werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, außer im Falle einer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung oder auf Anfrage der staatlichen Sicherheitskräfte und -korps oder der Justizbehörden.

• Rechtsgrundlage: Die Verarbeitung ist durch das berechtigte Interesse des Verantwortlichen an der Wahrung der Sicherheit seines Eigentums und der Nutzer selbst legitimiert (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe f DSGVO).

• Aufbewahrungsfrist: Die Bilder werden maximal einen Monat nach ihrer Aufnahme aufbewahrt und anschließend automatisch gelöscht, es sei denn, sie müssen zur Beweisführung bei Straftaten oder Ordnungswidrigkeiten aufbewahrt werden.

• Rechte der betroffenen Person: Sie können Ihre Rechte auf Auskunft, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder Widerspruch ausüben, indem Sie eine schriftliche Anfrage an die oben genannte Adresse oder E-Mail-Adresse des Verantwortlichen senden. Fügen Sie der Anfrage eine Kopie Ihres Ausweisdokuments bei und geben Sie Datum, ungefähre Uhrzeit und Ort der Aufzeichnung deutlich an. Sie haben außerdem das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei der spanischen Datenschutzbehörde (www.aepd.es) einzureichen, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass Ihre Rechte verletzt wurden.

• Purpose of Data Processing: Ensuring the security of persons, property, and outdoor facilities of the holiday accommodation. The cameras exclusively capture the outdoor area and access points; recordings in private indoor spaces exclusively available to guests are strictly prohibited.

• Recipients of Data: The recorded images will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the case of a legal obligation or upon request by state security forces and corps or judicial authorities.

• Legal Basis: The processing is justified by the legitimate interest of the controller in safeguarding the security of their property and the users themselves (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Retention Period: The images are kept for a maximum of one month after recording and are subsequently deleted automatically, unless they need to be retained as evidence in cases of criminal offenses or administrative infractions.

• Rights of the Data Subject: You may exercise your rights of access, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection by sending a written request to the address or email address of the controller stated above. Please attach a copy of your identification document to the request and clearly specify the date, approximate time, and location of the recording.   ES-INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES (VIDEOVIGILANCIA)

  De conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), se informa a los huéspedes y usuarios sobre la existencia de un sistema de videovigilancia en los accesos exteriores y en la zona de aparcamiento de este alojamiento turístico.

Las cámaras captan exclusivamente la zona exterior y los accesos; estando estrictamente prohibida la grabación en espacios privados interiores destinados exclusivamente a los huéspedes.

  • Destinatarios de los datos: Las imágenes grabadas no se cederán a terceros, salvo obligación legal o requerimiento de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado o de los órganos judiciales.

  • Base jurídica: El tratamiento está legitimado por el interés legítimo del responsable en salvaguardar la seguridad de su propiedad y de los propios usuarios (artículo 6.1.f del RGPD).

  • Plazo de conservación: Las imágenes se conservarán durante un plazo máximo de un mes desde su captación, procediéndose a su supresión automática transcurrido el mismo, salvo que deban conservarse para acreditar hechos que atenten contra la integridad de personas, bienes o instalaciones.

  • Derechos del interesado: Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, supresión, limitación del tratamiento u oposición enviando una solicitud por escrito a la dirección postal o electrónica del responsable indicada anteriormente. Acompañe a la solicitud una copia de su documento de identidad e indique claramente la fecha, hora aproximada y lugar de la grabación. Asimismo, tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) si considera que sus derechos han sido vulnerados.
